Frequently Asked Questions


It is possible to buy items as a guest or without creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account to enjoy full access to the platform – such as saved items, seller communications, and order history.

To checkout as a guest, simply press the checkout out button, then click the “Guest” option under the “LOGIN OR REGISTER ” section.

Yes, you do! Every order is confirmed via email with an order and tracking number. 

Yes you can! Simply fill out the form on the “Product Returns” tab on the website or contact the seller directly. 


Contact the seller immediately via phone or email to get your package rerouted to the correct address. 

To add an item to your shopping cart - opens in new window or tab, simply tap Add to cart beneath the Buy It Now button on any fixed-price listing.

To view items in your cart, simply click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen, then a side panel containing your items will be shown. To view items, even more, click the “View Cart” button located at the bottom of the side panel. 

Simply click the green “Checkout” button located at the bottom of the cart and fill out all of the necessary information on the checkout page. 

To remove an item from your cart, click the red “x” located on the right side of your item’s description in the cart. 


You can request to cancel an order within an hour of your purchase as long as the seller hasn’t dispatched it yet. If it’s been longer than an hour, you can still contact the seller and ask whether they can cancel your order for you.

You will have to cancel the entire order or contact the sellers individually about cancellations.

If the seller already sent your order or if they do not accept your cancellation request, you’ll need to wait until you receive the item and then start a return.
